Terms of Service

Nexus lets you save, enrich, search, and organize bookmarks, screenshots, and notes across devices. Features and AI capabilities may change over time.

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You are responsible for your credentials and everything done under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.

You agree not to:

• Save or share content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates another party's rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to break the service.
• Use Nexus to build a competing product or to train machine-learning models.
• Resell or sublicense access without written permission.

You own the content you save. You grant Nexus a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display it solely to operate the service for you (including AI enrichment as described in the Privacy Policy).

AI-generated summaries, tags, and recommendations may be inaccurate. Verify anything you rely on. You are responsible for how you use AI output.

Nexus lets you save links and content from third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms and policies. Nexus does not endorse or take responsibility for third-party content.

Nexus may be offered on free or paid plans. Paid features, pricing, and billing terms will be disclosed at purchase. We may change pricing on notice.

You may stop using Nexus and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users. On termination, your content is deleted subject to the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.

Nexus is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Nexus in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing.

You will defend and indemnify Nexus against claims arising from your content or your misuse of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
